The hair we offer was sourced in India.

 

 

How long does this hair last?

Our hair will last you up to one year if you take good care of  it. You must wash and deep condition the hair often because it's no longer attached to it's nutrients. Also clip dead ends when necessary. 

 

 

How many bundles do I need for an install?

We recommend 2 bundles for inches 12"-16" inches. Three bundles for 16"-20" inches. If  your purchasing 20" inches and longer we recommend 4-5 bundles. Our bundles weigh 3.5 ounces. The hair is sold by total weight so the longer the hair, the shorter the weft.

 

 

Can I make changes to my order?

At Jus'Marie Hair Collection we aim to provide you with best experience possible. We will try to accommodated any request prior to order shipping. Please send all request to support@jusmariehaircollection.com.

 

 

Can I color this hair?

Our hair can be colored or lightened. Although, you can do both still use precautions when doing so. Over processing the hair will cause damage. Also hair pattern may loosen up when coloring just like your hair would. You will need to deep condition and moisturize regularly .

 

 

How do I make an Exchange/Return?

We only accept exchanges only. Order has to be in its original packaging. Must contact support@jusmariehaircollection.com with in 72 hours.

 

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Our company is based out of Henderson, NV. Allow up to 3-6 business days for shipping which may vary due to location and weather conditions.

Can this hair be straightened or curled?

Yes this is 100% virgin hair so treat it as you would your own. Curl and or straighten the hair as you desire but always use heat protectant first. (Note- The hair may lose some of its curl pattern with constant hot tool use)

What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is hair that has been untouched by chemical processes such as dyes, perms and or relaxers.

Will this hair tangle or shed?

Yes it will have minimal tangle and shedding. All human hair has tangling or shedding just like the hair that grows from your head.
